You will receive an email instructing you on how to log in on December 19th and reset your password.
No. Only users listed as Admins on the current portal will be added to COBRA. If you have additional users currently designated as analyst, you will need to add those individuals back into COBRA and set their access permissions.
No. Any payment methods saved in the current portal will need to be entered into COBRA. If you are currently set up on auto-pay, you will need to set that up again.
If you have a payment that is scheduled for after December 16th, you will need to make that payment manually for the 1st billing cycle in COBRA.
When you log in December 19th, you will have access to view 13 months of prior billing data and access to 3 months of bills in PDF format. If you have a need to maintain any previous data, please log into the current portal prior to December 17th to download. After that date, the data will no longer be available.
The user’s manual will be uploaded to this landing page prior to December 16th.
