Referred businesses can be non-Frontier customers, current Frontier legacy data customers upgrading to services exceeding $400 in monthly revenue, or customers without data services.

*For referred businesses to Frontier Account Executives and Business Account Managers the monthly recurring revenue must be greater than or equal to $400 to qualify. For all other channels there is no minimum monthly revenue requirement. Maximum payment amount of $10,000. For referred businesses to Frontier Account Executives and Business Account Managers the referral incentive is a one-time payment equivalent to one and one-half month of service revenue generated by the referral. For all other channels the referral incentive is a one-time payment equivalent to 2 months of service revenue generated by the referral. Payments are a Visa gift card for amounts $400 or less and a check for payments exceeding $400. Referral incentives will be processed after sale for Frontier Account Manager and Business Account Manager referrals and after activation for all other channels. To qualify for a referral incentive, referral partners can be existing customers or third parties. Referred businesses must not be current Frontier customers, customers within 90 days prior to the date of referral, or already engaged in the sales process with Frontier. Frontier reserves the right to refuse any referral for any reason. Services subject to availability and all applicable Frontier terms and conditions.
